For years I  I have communication with my guides and angels, The following are some of the more pointed comments they have made. I ask them questions concerning my own life events hence their answers are actually directed towards me and my use. However I believe that  many of their responses can be useful to many people.

For the most part I have not included the questions I have asked. If my questions are stated they are italicized.

Twice gone from this earth. We think it not important, seek and ye shall find. In to your heart you must go to find the true answers. Yes the fruit has been verified and now some of what was first put into the basket has spoiled and threatens to spoil the whole basket. If you want to move further you must develop a daily spiritual practice. Much like a student. Daily daily daily. You are a student of the divine. Always seeking. You know the practice just do it. Do it now. All is well.!

Go into your heart to find the true answers to that which you seek. If you are a student of the Divine you must develop a daily practice.To make sure the fruit is nourshing one must be viligent in removing any fruits that are spoiled, least they spoil the whole harvest.  If you want to move further you must develop a daily spiritual practice.
